Loan Application Documentation

Be prepared to provide the following documentation:

1.   Paystubs covering last 30 days

2.   W2s, past 2 years

3.   Tax returns, past 2 years

4.   Bank Statements, past 2 months, ALL PAGES

5.   401K statements, other asset statements (last 2 statements), ALL PAGES

6.   ID (Drivers License, Passport, State or Federal ID card)

7.   Copy of your social security card

8.  If refinancing, copy of Home Owners Insurance

If you are divorced:

1.  Copy of Divorce Decree and settlement

2.   If using child support payments to qualify, proof of receipt of child support for last 12 months.

If you are retired:

1.   Social Security Award Letter

2.   Pension Award Letter

3.   1099s for past 2 years covering any income received.

If you are self-employed:

1.   Corporate Tax Returns for past 2 years

2.   K1s if applicable

If you own rental property:

1.   Estimate of current value

2.   Copy of Lease Agreements

3.   Copy of Home Owners Insurance for each rental property.

If you are applying for a VA loan:

If you will be receiving a gift:

1.   Bank Statement proving donors ability to gift.

If you are not a U.S. citizen:

1.   Copy of Green Card or VISA (front and back)
